The Localized History Project

Korean American Contemporary Artists

Angie’s project showcases the work of three contemporary Korean American artists, primarily located in Northeastern USA. Focusing on themes of connection, she highlights exhibitions that utilize traditional Korean materials or revolve around representations of Korean culture/disconnection. She also explores further themes of memorial, connection, and preservation.
